Project Secretary / Administrator

Rate: £18 – £19 per hour PAYE

Location: Leatherhead

Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Project Manager
  • Organise travel, visas and catering
  • Maintain and organise office space and order stationery and IT equipment
  • Provide support to visitors and address employee queries
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new starters
  • Organise events and liaise with Campus services
  • Compile reports and format documents to support the team
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, CONCUR and DocuSign
  • Multitasking, collaboration, and a ‘can‑do’ attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Patience and discretion to handle all aspects of the role
