Heathrow surrounding areas (including Ruislip, Hayes, and nearby locations)

Overview

An established electrical company is seeking an experienced Project Resident Liaison Officer to support projects in residential properties. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in kitchen and bathroom projects, who is proactive, organised, and confident in working directly with residents. You will be the first person on site with the fitting team, ensuring all pre‑start checks are completed, measurements are taken, and properties are ready for the work to proceed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend properties ahead of the fitting team to complete pre‑start inspections, take accurate measurements, and ensure the property is ready for scheduled works.
  • Be fully aware of the works required in each property and ensure the team has all necessary information.
  • Use the company app to log property information, pre‑start checks, and resident communications.
  • Maintain clear communication with office‑based admin staff to keep project records accurate and up to date.
  • Regularly visit multiple sites‑typically 3 days for kitchen projects and 2 days for bathroom projects.
  • Monitor ongoing works without performing physical labour, but remain aware of any issues or requirements.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with residents, site teams, and office staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom projects.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Confident taking measurements and performing thorough pre‑start checks.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Proactive, hands‑on attitude and comfortable being the first person on site.
  • Competent with mobile apps or digital reporting tools.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
