Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with a main contractor, ideally including Design & Build projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts (JCT D&B preferred) and building regulations.
• Familiarity with BCIS and elemental cost benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract procurement from tender package preparation to contract execution.
• Manage and monitor project costs in line with budgets, prepare cashflows and cost reconciliations.
• Prepare, negotiate, and agree interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
