Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Chelmsford, with occasional site travel across London and the East of England

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Package + Flexible Working + Progression to Associate + Chartership Support + Excellent Training

• Support and mentor apprentices within the office to sustain a development-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience in residential, commercial, or educational projects.
• Experience across the Residential, Commercial, and Educational sectors.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel.

Requirements

• Based in Chelmsford or within a commutable distance.
• Open to site travel across London and the East of England.
