Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd is seeking a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to own projects within a collaborative, supportive team delivering high-profile residential and mixed-use developments in London.

You will lead cost planning, procurement and cost control, manage budgets and contractor payments, and prepare tenders while liaising with clients, consultants and contractors. MRICS/MCIOB or working towards is expected; 3+ years UK QS experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ UK QS or cost consultancy experience.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • MRICS/MCIOB (or working towards).

Responsibilities

  • Lead cost planning, procurement, and cost control.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and contractor payments.
  • Prepare tenders and negotiate contracts.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Support value engineering and risk assessments.
