Project Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Main Contractor (Data Centres) – Scandinavia
Salary/Package: Market Leading Salary + Accommodation + Monthly Return Flights + Living Allowance + Sponsorship + Travel/Car Allowance + Private Medical + Pension + Discretionary Bonus
O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor, turning over circa £1bn annually, who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing data centre business in Scandinavia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from a main contracting or reputable residential developer background to make the transition into the data centre sector, working on some of the largest and most technically complex construction projects in the market.
The business has established strong relationships with several blue-chip clients and is now benefiting from significant repeat business, with a growing pipeline of major data centre schemes across Sweden and Finland.
Importantly, previous data centre experience is not required. The company has found that experienced Quantity Surveyors from traditional main contracting and high-quality residential development backgrounds adapt particularly well to their commercial model, provided they have strong core commercial and project delivery experience.
The role would require you to relocate to Scandinavia on a full-time basis, with the company providing accommodation, monthly return flights to the UK, visa/sponsorship support and a living allowance, in addition to the standard salary and benefits package.
There are also opportunities to progress within the wider business, including the potential to move into the company's UK division further down the line.
