This role gives a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or current Project Quantity surveyor to gain sole project management experience and grow within a business.

The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business which has seen a health turnover increase to £40m in 2025.

Duties

• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
