Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Trainee / Junior Quantity Surveying role.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders and contract documents.
• Valuing additional works and managing final accounts.
• Supporting the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaising with clients and contractors.
• Working closely with site teams to monitor project progress and costs.

Antac are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our friendly and supportive team based in Bulford. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company working on MoD projects valued up to £5 million.

Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for ensuring financial control, contract compliance and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders and contract documents
• Valuing additional works and managing final accounts
• Supporting the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
• Liaising with clients and contractors
• Working closely with site teams to monitor project progress and costs

What are we looking for?
