Responsibilities

• Support the handover process from Estimating to Project Delivery.
• Procure subcontractor packages and prepare subcontract agreements.
• Build and manage CVRs, monitoring project performance and cost control.
• Oversee subcontractor accounts, including valuations and payment certificates.
• Attend site visits to capture and value change.
