Overview

Project Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure Project (High Wycombe). We’re partnering with a leading UK contractor to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for an exciting £20m Viaduct Refurbishment Project based in High Wycombe (M40). This long‑term project involves a variety of specialist civil engineering works including concrete repairs, painting, joint replacements, and complex temporary works. It’s a great opportunity to join a well‑established team and work on a high‑profile scheme that will strengthen your experience and career development.

Responsibilities

As Project Quantity Surveyor you will be site‑based and report directly to the Commercial Manager. You will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance across the project, helping to ensure successful delivery from start to finish.

Qualifications
  • Good understanding of NEC contracts.
  • Experience within civil engineering or highways projects (advantageous).
  • Previous experience as an Assistant QS and Quantity Surveyor.
  • Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • RICS‑accredited qualification (preferred).
