Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Commercial management skills are essential.
  • General administrative skills are required.
  • Experience in design administration is beneficial.
  • Experience in construction administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Design Coordinator with administration and coordination of the design team workload.
  • Take minutes of project meetings as needed.
  • Cover for other Administrators as directed.
  • Perform any other admin duties as directed.
  • Liaise with structural and fire consultants if required.
  • Provide cover for admin staff during holidays and peak periods.

Founded over 20 years, Lawtech have become a leading principal contractor specialising in cladding remediation. We deliver high-quality, compliant, multi-million-pound cladding repatriations & regeneration contracts throughout London and the wider Southeast.

We are looking for a Project, QCQA & Design Administrator on a Fixed-Term Contract of 12 months. The role of the Project, QCQA and Design Administrator is to maintain a well organised QCQA, design and project administration in order to provide the required levels of support to employees.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Design Coordinator with the administration and co-ordination of the design team workload.
  • Minute taking of project meetings (dependent on workload).
  • Provide cover for other Administrators as directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
  • To carry out any other admin duties as directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
  • Liaise with Temporary works, Structural Engineer and Fire consultants if required.
  • Provide cover for administration staff for holiday and peak periods as directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
Office Administration
  • General office administration as directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
Project Administration
  • Assist the project team, where directed by the Senior Design Coordinator.
  • Create Asite Forms for live or upcoming projects as well as Asite field.
  • Provide training to all departments in company which requires use of Asite or Asite field.
  • Set up Asite library and work on templates for varies departments, same for Asite field.
QCQA Administration
  • Assist the site team in loading, reviewing, and monitoring the quality control.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite - Office, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Working together effectively.
  • Managing our business commercially
  • General administrational skills required
  • Design administration beneficial, but not essential
  • Construction administrational beneficial

Please note this position is on a 12-month fixed term contract, based at our Head Office in Gillingham, Kent.
