Vulcain Engineering UK’s 18‑month Development Programme offers an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Production Controller at Hinkley Point C, working on‑site five days a week. Consultants are embedded within the Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC alliance, where you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of critical construction activities. Working closely with construction teams to monitor progress, track key milestones, review schedules, identify risks and issues, and help drive corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved safely.
The programme combines hands‑on experience with structured training and mentorship to develop key technical and professional skills. You will gain exposure to stakeholder management, project controls, reporting, and construction delivery, while working towards industry‑recognised qualifications.
As part of one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of major project delivery and build a strong foundation for a successful career in the nuclear sector. Upon completion, the programme provides a clear pathway to future roles within Vulcain, including Project Management, Construction Management, Project Controls, Planning and more.

This position requires attendance on‑site at Hinkley Point C (HPC), working a five‑day week, with weekend working as required.
