Wärtsilä is seeking a Project Planning Assistant/Expeditor for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Poole, UK. This role involves coordinating project materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. Water and Waste business unit (WAW) is a true end-to-end business as part of Wärtsilä Portfolio Businesses. We have now a unique and exciting opportunity for a new Project Planning Assistant/Expeditor ona6 month fixed term contract for the Water and Waste Project Delivery Team, based in UK, Poole, Dorset.
As the Project Planning Assistant/Expeditor, you will be working in a cross-department function to prioritise and expedite project materials to aid in timely and on budget project completion. You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in delivering a professional and efficient response to all customer and project needs.
