Job summary

KBR is seeking a Planner to develop, coordinate and implement plans and schedules for complex projects. You will work with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include detailed planning, risk management, progress communication and continuous improvement of PM processes. Hybrid Warrington-based role with security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of civil/infrastructure project engineering and commercial aspects.
• Experience with CPM networks, resource loading, and risk management techniques.
• Ability to monitor progress, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all project activities are properly defined, monitored, and controlled.
• Work closely with project teams to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met and that projects are delivered within budget.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and update project plans as required.
• Participate in project reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.
