Seeking Project Planners (Sole British Essential) to drive critical, large‑scale engineering and infrastructure programmes near Hertfordshire. This permanent role offers a supportive hybrid working pattern (2 days onsite) and genuine commitment to your career growth.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the integrity and quality of project planning outputs, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the Integrated Baseline Schedule
  • Conducting Schedule Risk Analysis and Schedule Assessments
  • Managing Project Health checks and validating Costs to Go and Estimate at Completion (EAC)
  • Applying expertise in key Toolsets (e.g. Primavera, SAP) and robust Project Structures (WBS/CBS/OBS)
  • Influencing stakeholders across multi‑functional teams
Essential Expertise
  • Proven planning experience, from detailed tasks to summary milestone delivery
  • Experience of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Critical Path Analysis
  • Capability in generating and analysing project performance data (schedule, resource and cost)
