The role involves managing project planning across multiple education construction projects, requiring strong construction planning background and considerable experience with NEC contracts. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, collaborating with teams, and advising on critical project issues. The position is hybrid, allowing a mix of site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience on major projects is ideal.
• Candidates from M&E, rail, or petrochemical backgrounds will not be considered.
• Practical understanding of construction delivery is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and programmes.
• Collaborate with project teams to design methodologies.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.
• Create and manage short and medium-term programmes.
• Produce weekly dashboards highlighting project updates.
• Advise on critical issues and overall strategy.
• Lead weekly planning meetings.
• Evaluate change proposals and assess impacts.
• Capture as-built data for benchmarking.
• Integrate 4D BIM planning models.
