The role involves close collaboration with site teams, analysing project requirements, and producing procurement schedules and progress forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and review Programmes of Work.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements.
• Liaise with site teams (QS and PM).
• Produce marked-up drawings for project phases.
• Report planning issues to senior project manager and site management.
• Contribute to Monthly Progress Reports and Forecasts.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor progress against as-built programmes.
• Produce Procurement Schedules and resource histograms for capacity and labour planning.

This newly created Project Planner role is based in Belfast and, following a series of successful contract awards, offers the opportunity to work across projects ranging from £100K to £10 million+ for several high-profile, global clients. The successful Project Planner will take ownership of creating, maintaining, and reviewing programmes of work as part of a growing, multi-award-winning team.

The Role:
