Qualifications

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and management, both internal and external.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to an intermediate standard.

Project Officer - Stakeholder Engagement Executive

Dover, Kent

Your role will be to support the delivery of the corporate stakeholder management strategy, being accountable for the administration and development of its key statutory consultative bodies, internal engagement and assisting with the delivery of strategic-level engagement and overall stakeholder intelligence. You will tell the story of our people through our vision and values by utilising contemporary, engaging and inclusive communications to maximise impact and reach.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant degree or equivalent, including Stakeholder Management qualification, Internal Communication qualification, or previous relevant experience
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and management, both internal and external
  • Experience in internal communications roles
  • Experience of authoring content for internal social channels (e.g. Viva Engage, Intranet, Digital Screens)
  • Experience in marketing and media relations
  • Experience in event management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to an intermediate standard
  • Occasional handling of media enquiries as part of an on-call rota
