Join us as a Project Officer: Safety & Security and play a pivotal role in shaping a safer, more secure environment across our organisation. You'll work at the heart of our health, safety, security, and fire safety teams, leading focused projects that make a real difference for staff, service users, and visitors. This is a dynamic, mobile role where you'll collaborate with colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally, and see your work have a direct impact on our strategic objectives.   • Lead and deliver a range of safety and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organisational goals.
  • Work closely with health, safety, security and fire safety teams to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance service productivity.
  • Collaborate with estates, maintenance and capital projects teams to deliver impactful changes to the built environment.
  • Prepare and present project briefs, reports and business cases to influence decision‑making at all levels.
  • Manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, delivery and evaluation, ensuring successful integration into business‑as‑usual activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure all deliverables meet project management standards.
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to staff, promoting a culture of innovation and quality improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Trust procedures and financial guidelines.
  • Foster positive relationships across teams and contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace.
