Job description
Project Officer – Home Based (East of England)

Home based role with occasional travel to development sites in East of England. The successful candidate will support the execution of Stonewater’s development programme, helping to deliver quality, affordable homes for those who need them most.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and management of affordable housing development projects
• Produce written reports and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Support effective project management and communication across teams
• Contribute to the collection and analysis of data to prioritise and manage a varied workload

Ideal Candidate
  • Interested in or knowledgeable about affordable housing
  • Confident, independent and pro‑active in work and relationships with colleagues
  • Customer‑focused approach to work
  • Excellent administrative, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, able to produce clear reports
  • Good numerical and organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage workload
