CCL Global is seeking experienced Project Managers to support major nuclear decommissioning and infrastructure programmes in the UK. Opportunities in Isle of Anglesey and Kent, delivering complex construction within regulated nuclear environments, with on-site roles at Wylfa and Dungeness.

Roles require full lifecycle delivery, EPC/ construction management experience and knowledge of CDM regulations. The positions operate Inside IR35 with a 4-day on-site week and BPSS screening.

Formación

• Full lifecycle delivery of major construction projects, ideally £10m+
• Engineering, procurement and construction/ construction management experience
• Understanding of PD25 Project Management processes and procedures
• Project performance reporting including CPI, SPI and EVA
• Experience supporting/leading CDM activities
• NEC3/NEC4 experience desirable

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects safely to agreed time, cost and quality objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering, construction and specialist project teams.
• Establish project delivery baselines and manage planning, cost, risk, change and forecasting.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant project governance, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage project risks, opportunities and mitigation plans.
• Support commercial management and value engineering activities.
• Maintain appropriate project documentation and reporting.
• Promote a strong health, safety and environmental culture.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities through project delivery.

We are currently recruiting for opportunities in Isle of Anglesey and Kent, delivering complex construction and engineering projects within highly regulated nuclear environments.

Locations: Wylfa & Dungeness

Contract: Inside IR35

Security Clearance: BPSS

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• Full lifecycle delivery of major construction projects, ideally £10m+, from concept through to operation.
• Engineering, procurement and construction/construction management experience.
• Understanding of PD25 Project Management processes and procedures.
• Project performance reporting including critical path, float, milestones, CPI, SPI and EVA.
• Experience supporting/leading CDM activities.
• NEC3/NEC4 experience desirable.
• Full-time onsite at Dungeness on a 4-day working week - no remote working.

Candidates must also be prepared to complete the required site access training, screening and pre-employment checks before mobilisation.(BPSS)
