Job description

Our client, a prominent company in the water sector, is currently seeking a Project Manager with significant experience in civil engineering and waste water projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall management and successful delivery of complex single projects or multiple projects under the South West Water Framework.
  • Manage health and safety, design, customer relations, quality, environmental impact, programme, and cost/value during both pre-production and production phases.
  • Monitor the progress of offsite and onsite operations against deadlines and budget limitations.
  • Foster a positive team culture and environment to support improved wellbeing and performance.
  • Drive change by embedding production line thinking and an "offsite first" philosophy.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience of project management in a major project's environment.
  • Capability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Understanding of Lean Construction, Agile Programme Management and other relevant techniques.
  • Experience within Infrastructure / Construction industries.
  • Proven ability to plan and organise resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong Commercial acumen, with the capability to lead team members to produce accurate time and cost forecasts and reports.
  • Professional qualifications and SMSTS safety qualifications or relevant CSCS card.
