Our client, a prominent company in the water sector, is currently seeking a Project Manager with significant experience in civil engineering and waste water projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management and successful delivery of complex single projects or multiple projects under the South West Water Framework.
- Manage health and safety, design, customer relations, quality, environmental impact, programme, and cost/value during both pre-production and production phases.
- Monitor the progress of offsite and onsite operations against deadlines and budget limitations.
- Foster a positive team culture and environment to support improved wellbeing and performance.
- Drive change by embedding production line thinking and an "offsite first" philosophy.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience of project management in a major project's environment.
- Capability to lead and motivate a team.
- Understanding of Lean Construction, Agile Programme Management and other relevant techniques.
- Experience within Infrastructure / Construction industries.
- Proven ability to plan and organise resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong Commercial acumen, with the capability to lead team members to produce accurate time and cost forecasts and reports.
- Professional qualifications and SMSTS safety qualifications or relevant CSCS card.
