You'll translate business requirements into delivery activity, manage interdependencies across workstreams and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires someone who can proactively identify and remove blockers, manage risks and issues, and maintain momentum towards key milestones.

Day-to-day, you'll lead project planning and delivery ceremonies, coordinate resources, track progress against schedules and ensure governance requirements are met. You'll provide clear and concise status updates for sponsors and senior stakeholders, escalating risks and issues where required and helping to drive successful adoption of the solution.

This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of successfully delivering business and technology change initiatives.

  • Strong track record of owning delivery outcomes and driving projects to successful completion.

  • Experience translating business requirements into actionable delivery plans.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple teams, suppliers, stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.

  • Strong planning and organisational skills, including scheduling, milestone management and dependency tracking.

  • Experience managing project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).

  • Proven ability to identify, manage and lift blockers in a timely manner.

  • Experience leading governance forums, steering committees and project reporting.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels.

  • Experience working across business, operational and technical teams.

  • Ability to manage change requests and assess delivery impacts.

  • Experience driving business adoption and supporting benefits realisation activities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently whilst managing competing priorities.
