Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for bringing new technology into a manufacturing environment? This role offers the opportunity to lead technology transfer projects from development through to production, ensuring seamless integration into established processes.


What you'll be doing:


  • Leading cross‑functional teams (R&D, engineering, manufacturing, QA) to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans.

  • Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across departments.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

  • Driving continuous improvement and lessons‑learned initiatives.


What we're looking for:


  • Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • 5+ years' project management experience, ideally in technology transfer or manufacturing.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

  • PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
