Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager - Team Lead in Rochdale to lead a project engineering team on complex manufacturing projects. You will manage plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality while liaising with customers and suppliers.

The role requires engineering or manufacturing project management experience, people management capability, and a full UK driving license.

Project Manager - Team Lead

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Car / Allowance + Benefits

Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Monday - Friday, 37 hours

Do you have project management experience within engineering or manufacturing? Are you looking to join an established machinery manufacturer where you will lead the project team, on complex manufacturing projects, influence real engineering decisions, and make a tangible impact from day one?

This role will focus on leading the project team, focusing on team management whilst having an oversight of company wide machine build and installation projects. You will delegate, and lead and ensure project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
