The role:

Job Title: Project Manager
Department: Project Management
Reports to: Head of Project Management

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across the business. In this role, you'll keep projects on track by ensuring robust governance, proactive risk management, and strong stakeholder alignment throughout our stage‑gate process. Working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, you'll help turn ideas into reality—supporting innovation and strengthening our global operations.

In this role you'll get to:
  • Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation to completion through our stage gate process
  • Work collaboratively across functions to ensure all actions are completed on time and dependencies are managed effectively
  • Balance multiple priorities across Global Supply Chain and Innovation projects, making effective decisions to keep timelines and deliverables on track
  • Provide visibility, reporting and governance to our Senior Leadership Team
  • Proactively manage risks and find innovative solutions to issues to maintain delivery dates
  • Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Keep our project management software up to date with accurate project data and milestones
What we are looking for in you:
  • 3–5 years of Project Management experience within FMCG environments
  • Solid understanding of Operations and Supply Chain functions
  • Experience working on New Product Development projects (beneficial)
  • A confident communicator comfortable engaging with all levels of the business
  • Calm under pressure and able to navigate ambiguity with clarity
  • Assertive, people‑oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously to drive projects forward independently
  • Project Management qualification preferred (APMP or equivalent)
  • Experience using project management software (Wrike, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
