Job summary

Synechron is seeking a mid-senior project coordination professional to support delivery across Milton Keynes and London. The role involves creating and owning project plans, managing dependencies, and coordinating across Personal, Non-Personal, Technology, Data, Operations and TSB workstreams.

You will work in a hybrid setup with three days in office between Milton Keynes or London, collaborating with diverse teams in a global digital consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of key initiatives by producing and owning project plans, managing dependencies, tracking actions, producing / supporting governance updates etc.
• Ensure delivery plans are actionable with clear ownership and timelines, to enable activities progress at pace and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Personal, Non-Personal, Technology, Data, Operations and TSB integration workstreams, ensuring alignment and execution.

• Support delivery of key initiatives by producing and owning project plans, managing dependencies, tracking actions, producing / supporting governance updates etc.
• Ensure delivery plans are actionable with clear ownership and timelines, to enable activities progress at pace and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support the integration & alignment across a number of related initiatives (e.g. Strategic CH module, Project Beacon ["business through personal"], Auto-Plausibility enhancements etc).
• Support production and ongoing refinement of overarching PKYC/B Roadmap.
• Support coordination of cross-functional delivery across Personal, Non-Personal, Technology, Data, Operations and TSB integration workstreams, ensuring alignment and execution.
