Job description

Niche Recruitment are proud to be partnering with BSE UK Limited in their search for a driven and capable Project Manager to join their growing team.

As specialists in warehouse optimisation and industrial storage solutions, BSE UK works with both blue-chip clients and SMEs across the country, delivering full turnkey design-to-installation projects. In this role, you ll take over a project once a sale is made, managing everything from site surveys through to final handover, all while protecting margins, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring full compliance.

This is a field-based role with nationwide travel, supported by a collaborative team. The position offers a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a company car provided and further benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage installation projects (racking, mezzanines, repairs) from order to completion
  • Coordinate subcontracted SEIRS installation teams, site schedules and suppliers
  • Ensure RAMS, H&S documentation, and industry compliance (SEMA, CDM) are maintained
  • Conduct site surveys and interpret technical requirements with attention to detail
  • Maintain regular, high-quality communication with clients and internal teams
  • Support and improve internal project processes using tools such as Salesforce
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering technical installation or fit-out projects
  • Background in construction, industrial storage, interiors, or similar fields
  • Confident communicator with clients, contractors and wider project teams
  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of anticipating project challenges
  • Working knowledge of SEMA, CDM, and warehouse environments advantageous
  • CAD experience and SEIRS familiarity would be beneficial but not essential
