Job summary

Delta Capita in London is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of platform upgrades, implementations and migrations for securities finance solutions.

You will manage complex technology projects in financial services, ensuring on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment among stakeholders across tech, operations and business units.

The role is a fixed-term, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence several days per week.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of securities lending, collateral management and lifecycle events.
• Experience implementing or upgrading financial platforms with connectivity to custodians.
• Familiar with static data management and automated reporting (P&L, exposure).
• Experience with trade capture, allocation engines and downstream settlement.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks for securities lending.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of platform upgrades, implementations, and migrations for securities finance solutions. This role requires strong experience in managing complex technology projects within financial services, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute platform implementation and upgrade projects, including configuration and data migration.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee integration with trading, post‑trade, and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technology teams, vendors, operations, and business users.
• Drive testing, quality assurance, and go‑live readiness.

Job Requirements

• Securities Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of securities lending, collateral management, and lifecycle events (e.g., re‑rates, recalls, returns).
• Platform Implementation: Proven track record in implementing or upgrading financial platforms, including connectivity to custodians and books & records systems.
• Data & Reporting: Familiarity with static data management (securities, accounts, corporate actions) and automated reporting (P&L, exposure, outstanding loans).
• Integration & Automation: Experience with trade capture, allocation engines, and downstream settlement processes.
• Compliance & Risk: Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks for securities lending programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
