You'll lead study teams, coordinate site activities from initiation to closure, and drive operational excellence in collaboration with global stakeholders.   • Ensure all activities comply with study protocols, ICH‑GCP standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and progress tracking at the country level.
  • Promote continuous improvement and strong communication across all operational functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research (CRA/Sr. CRA or equivalent), including at least 1 year in project or team management.
  • Strong understanding of ICH‑GCP guidelines and local regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work in a cross‑functional and international setting.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
  • Experience in CAR‑T or immunology studies is considered a significant advantage.
