About the Employer

With offices just outside London as well as in Central London, this specialist contractor completes a variety of packages for top tier developers, main contractors and private clients both in and around London. The work ranges from remediation and demolition to groundwork, basement, foundations and reinforced concrete frames. Project values vary from £10m to £50m each, across residential, mixed‑use, industrial, infrastructure and energy projects.

About the Opportunity

With new projects being secured, the company is recruiting experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Project Directors for schemes starting in Q1 of next year.

Whether you are working on a £10m or £50m+ package, the expectation remains the same: as the lead on your project you will be responsible for overseeing everything from programme to budget. Client relationships should be developed, and you will plan and execute the works on multi‑million pound groundwork and RC frame packages.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management
• Strong history from site engineer level through to project management over the last 5‑10+ years
• Concrete frame construction background with rival concrete frame and groundwork subcontractors in the UK; candidates from a purely main contract or development background will not be considered
• Proficiency with Microsoft programmes, standard email functions and Asta Power Project for planning/programming works

Rewards

Salary offers £90,000 to £120,000 per annum inclusive of benefits and a structured bonus scheme. The role is available to PAYE and self‑employed (including limited companies).
