The Role

The role of Project Manager – Property will assist in project activity across all aspects of the Property team including commercial, corporate and facilities management estate.

  • Responsible for the delivery of Property Improvement Plan and specific projects such as Workplace Strategy (property element) and Colocation (property element)
  • Work with colleagues from across the organisation to ensure our assets are well managed and used in the best way
  • Collaborate with finance and legal colleagues, development and transformation colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for Property
  • Demonstrable knowledge as a Project Manager – Property that influences how the team works across the organisation
  • Work with other Property colleagues including surveyors, business support and facilities management

This role is fixed term for the purpose of supporting corporate property asset related projects and programmes and will end 12 months from the start date.
