A leading economic development agency in Scotland is looking for a Project Manager to join their Property and Growth Infrastructure team. You'll support various property and infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies to strategic asset management. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and project management experience. We’re looking for a project manager to join our Property and Growth Infrastructure team and support a wide range of property and infrastructure projects across Scotland.
You’ll help deliver everything from feasibility studies and masterplans to strategic asset management and innovative funding deals. You’ll also play a key role in procurement, leading exercises that support the successful development and delivery of major projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’re enthusiastic, curious, and interested in property, infrastructure, or construction project management. You’re confident working on your own or as part of a team, and are able to juggle competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
You’ll bring strong written and verbal communication skills, and you’re comfortable working in partnership with others. Ideally, you’ve had experience influencing decisions and building consensus.
You’re delivery-focused, flexible in your approach, and ready to collaborate with public and private sector partners, including those in new or unfamiliar industries, to help drive forward our mission and strategic priorities.
