Programme-Wide PMO and Project Controls

RLB leads the overarching Programme Management Office (PMO), providing governance, assurance, and performance oversight across all packages. This includes:

• Programme controls and reporting
• Risk and change management
• Deployment of digital tools and IT solutions to support delivery

Integrated Delivery Services

For each individual package, RLB provides a multi-disciplinary team delivering:

• Project Management
• Cost Management
• Procurement
• Design Management
• Health and Safety Advisory
• Contract Administration

RLB's approach is underpinned by a turnkey programme delivery solution, combining technical leadership with digital innovation. This includes programme control tools, BIM-aligned information management, structured reporting frameworks, and robust change control processes.

Role Overview

RLB is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Package Manager (Infrastructure) to support the successful delivery of this project.

Role Responsibilities

• Project Management of infrastructure related packages such as earthworks/groundworks, energy, utilities, water, landscaping, drainage, security.
• To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
• To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
• Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies.
• Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.

Construction Project Management degree or a similar construction related qualification with experience gained within a similar role.

Chartered or equivalent professional qualification or currently working toward - we will provide all necessary support to help you achieve this.

Experience

• Experience in infrastructure related packages such as earthworks/groundworks, energy, utilities, water, landscaping, drainage, security.
• Experience of working on large-scale infrastructure, roads and bridges, utilities, and venue and resort development projects would be beneficial/desirable.
• Experience working for a construction consultancy on similar projects desirable.
• Ability to identify and develop potential opportunities to secure more business for RLB.
• Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive and commercially astute.
• A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines.
