Project Manager - 'No Wrong Door' Project

West Glamorgan Regional Partnership

Are you ready to help shape a transformative initiative that will change how children, young people, and families access emotional well‑being and mental health support across West Glamorgan?

We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of the 'No Wrong Door' proposal-an ambitious project designed to create a seamless, joined‑up system of emotional well‑being and mental health support. The aim is to ensure that every child and family receives the right support at the right time, regardless of where they first seek help. This includes support for emotional well‑being and mental health, recognising the importance of holistic care for children and young people.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project and reporting progress through to the Children and Young People's Board.

You will lead the planning, design and testing of the model, including oversight of a pilot phase. Key responsibilities include system mapping, stakeholder engagement, governance development, data and performance monitoring, and producing a robust business case for full roll‑out.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering approach that puts lived experience, early intervention, emotional well‑being, mental health, and multi‑agency collaboration at its heart - delivering real change for families across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
