Castle Employment Agency Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a manufacturing-focused Projects team. You will own a portfolio of projects, keeping them on time, on budget and to quality across engineering and manufacturing functions.

A proactive, well-organised communicator with strong stakeholder management will excel, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong ability to manage several projects or priorities concurrently.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and risk-management capability.
• Confidence coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets and costs.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to challenge, negotiate and influence when required.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects concurrently from planning through to delivery.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Coordinating activity and resources across cross-functional teams.
• Leading project meetings and ensuring actions are progressed.
• Monitoring timescales, budgets, costs and resources.
• Identifying risks early and taking action to minimise impact.
• Maintaining project governance and documentation.
• Providing clear progress updates to stakeholders.
• Managing customer communication and expectations.
• Influencing and supporting project teams without direct line-management responsibility.
• Ensuring projects meet time, cost and quality objectives.
