Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling and monitoring of Level 3 and Level 4 detailed control schedules.
  • Develop, maintain and operate risk logs, budgets, quality plans and change‑control procedures for assigned contracts.
  • Establish and manage interfaces between their work scope and the work of other project managers.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in programme delivery while working independently in some areas.
  • Challenge cost increases, develop options to reduce cost and maintain project performance within budget.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experienced Project Manager with contract and delivery experience in engineering design, contract and field execution strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to engage contractors, consultants and advisors in a regulated environment.
  • Organisational skills to plan, schedule and coordinate activities efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional qualification in Project Management such as APM PPQ or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Leadership, CDM Regulations, NEC and FIDIC commercial arrangements.
  • Proficient in estimating, scheduling, programming, risk analysis and Earned Value Management.
  • Proficient numeracy, analytical and critical reasoning skills.
  • Degree or similar qualification in engineering, construction or related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with multi‑discipline EPCM projects, procurement, complex contracts, cost control, risk, schedule and change management, and commercial claims negotiation.
