A leading marketing services firm in London is looking for an experienced Project Manager to facilitate M&A integrations across various operational workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate acquisitions and a proven ability to manage complex multi-geography projects. Aligned to our growth strategy, M+C Saatchi is looking for a skilled, London-based Project Manager with experience leading and delivering seamless M&A integrations within the global network.
The Project Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions Integration, will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing integration activity across a range of operational workstreams. This includes, but is not limited to, property and facilities, IT, human resources, legal and governance and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with global and regional functional leads, acquired company workstream leads, and where required external partners to ensure efficient, compliant and culturally sensitive integration that sets the business up for productive long term relationships.
