A leading marketing services firm in Camden Town is seeking a Project Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions Integration. This role will be responsible for planning and executing integration activities across various operational workstreams. The ideal candidate should have M&A integration experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
Aligned to our growth strategy, M+C Saatchi is looking for a skilled, London-based Project Manager with experience leading and delivering seamless M&A integrations within the global network.
The Project Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions Integration, will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing integration activity across a range of operational workstreams. This includes, but is not limited to, property and facilities, IT, human resources, legal and governance and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with global and regional functional leads, acquired company workstream leads, and where required external partners to ensure efficient, compliant and culturally sensitive integration that sets the business up for productive long term relationships.
