Job summary

TED Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to join a major Croydon-based project, initially supporting a Senior Project Manager through demolition to new build, with an office base in Kent / South East London borders.

You will hold a degree or MSc in Construction Project Management (or related Built Environment field), with 4+ years of project management on building projects, and a proactive, client-facing approach to keep the project on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree or MSc in Construction Project Management or related Built Environment field.
• Chartered with RICS/CIOB or working towards chartership (APC supported).
• Four+ years of project management experience on building construction projects.
• Able to organize and run meetings, take minutes, ensure client brief is followed and move project towards on-time, on-budget completion.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to engage with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Manager on a large Croydon project from demolition to fit out.
• Manage meetings, minutes and client brief adherence
• Keep project moving towards completion on time and within budget
• Maintain effective communication with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders
