About the Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in JCT contracts? My client is looking for a talented individual to join our team and lead exciting residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.

As a Project Manager you'll take ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, managing all aspects of construction and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects in line with JCT contracts, ensuring compliance and proper risk management.
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet programme deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and progress reports.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Oversee site progress, health & safety compliance, and quality control.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential or commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and practical experience managing projects under them.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
