Job summary

SR2 REC LTD in Bedford is seeking a Senior IT/OT Project Manager to lead complex technology transformation projects across IT and OT environments. You will own projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, RAID, suppliers and stakeholders, with a focus on secure, regulated settings.

The role requires extensive experience in IT/OT delivery, ITIL-aligned processes and senior stakeholder reporting, with hybrid work and 2-3 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering complex IT transformation or modernisation projects.
• End-to-end project delivery from business case and planning through implementation and handover.
• Experience across IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, cyber security and/or Operational Technology.
• Strong budget, scheduling, RAID and change management experience.
• Third-party supplier and systems integrator management.
• Experience delivering within secure, regulated or operationally critical environments.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and reporting capability.
• PRINCE2, APM, Agile, MSP or equivalent project management background.
• Experience working in an ITIL-aligned environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT/OT transformation projects end-to-end.

Senior IT/OT Project Manager - Secure Infrastructure - Hybrid (Bedford)

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology transformation projects across both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

You'll own projects end-to-end, covering infrastructure, applications and services operating within secure environments, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, RAID, suppliers and stakeholder management.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong experience delivering complex IT transformation or modernisation projects
• End-to-end project delivery from business case and planning through implementation and handover
• Experience across IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, cyber security and/or Operational Technology
• Strong budget, scheduling, RAID and change management experience
• Third-party supplier and systems integrator management
• Experience delivering within secure, regulated or operationally critical environments
• Strong senior stakeholder management and reporting capability
• PRINCE2, APM, Agile, MSP or equivalent project management background
• Experience working within an ITIL-aligned environment

Desirable:

• Defence, aerospace, government or Critical National Infrastructure experience
• Secure IT/OT transformation projects
• Cybersecurity-led infrastructure delivery
• ISO 27001, NIST, Secure by Design or Cyber Essentials exposure
• Microsoft Project and JIRA
• Experience coordinating deployments where operational uptime is critical
