Job summary

Global Voices Ltd is seeking an interpretation project coordinator at our Stirling Head Office, Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00. You will quote, liaise with clients, manage interpretation projects, coordinate suppliers, and ensure smooth delivery of on-site and remote assignments across Scotland.

DBS/DPSI or court-experience and language proficiency (Vietnamese/Polish) are advantageous. The role requires a professional approach, reliable travel within Scotland, and a strong customer service ethos in

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
• Experience in the language services industry.
• Experience in a professional services environment.
• DBS / DPSI qualification or equivalent court experience desired.
• Vietnamese or Polish proficiency in addition to English.

• Providing world class customer service in collaboration with the other PMs.
• When required taking on remote and face to face interpretation jobs across Scotland depending on type of assignment.
• Travelling to and from on site interpretation locations, ensuring to arrive in a timely manner.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate interpretation for the duration of the session.

Who are we looking for?

• Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
• Prior experience in the language services industry.
• Experience of working in a professional services environment.
• DBS / DPSI qualification or equivalent court experience desired.
• Vietnamese or Polish proficiency in addition to English.
• Clean UK drivers licence.
• Ability to travel to court and other assignments across Scotland on short notice, including the same day.
• Comfortable with interpretation for Public Sector (medical appointments etc.)
