Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including both Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall approaches, as well as proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
  • Utilise root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee cost control measures to maintain project budgets.
  • Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication across teams using platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, or Jira.
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress and outcomes.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to organisational policies and best practices in project management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in supervising teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
