FOLIO is seeking an accomplished Interior Design Project Manager to lead luxury hospitality and residential schemes from post-detail sign‑off through to completion. You will coordinate across Design Director teams, review consultants, manage shop drawings and submittals, and keep programmes on track while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.

The role involves site visits, snagging, and some time working in drawings.

Competenze

• 8+ years in high-end hospitality and residential interiors, including at least 3 in a project management or coordination role.
• Proven experience overseeing construction administration from design review through to site and completion.
• A design background and ability to jump into drawings in AutoCAD when needed.
• US project experience is essential, ideally working with architects of record, contractors and imperial drawings.
• A trained eye for luxury detail, including joinery, finishes, FF&E and installation quality.

Interior Design Project Manager with a strong understanding of the delivery stages of large-scale luxury interior projects across hospitality and residential.

Position

This position takes over once detail design is signed off. As Project Manager, you’ll guide luxury hotel and commercial residential schemes through to completion, making sure what gets built matches the design. Working alongside the Design Director and design leads, you’ll run several projects at once. You’ll review the work of architects and consultants, manage shop drawings and submittals, keep programmes on track and be the main point of contact for clients and contractors. Site visits and snagging are part of the role, as is occasional time in the drawings. The first project is a luxury development in New York.

Candidate

• 8 + years in high-end hospitality and residential interiors, including at least 3 in a project management or coordination role
• Proven experience overseeing construction administration, from design review and shop drawings through to site and completion
• A design background, and confident jumping into the drawings in AutoCAD when needed
• US project experience is essential, ideally working with architects of record, contractors and imperial drawings
• A trained eye for luxury detail, including joinery, finishes, FF&E and the quality of installation
• Confident reading drawings and specifications, and quick to spot coordination issues
• Organised, calm under pressure and a clear communicator who follows things through
• Proficient in AutoCAD, programme planning, spreadsheets and PDF mark-up tools
• Happy to travel internationally and join calls in US time zones when needed
• Must have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship and fully remote working are not available
