About the Role

A leading contractor specialising in commercial fit-out and upgrade projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery from start to finish. You’ll manage projects ranging from £10k to £1m in value, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The pre-construction and tendering phases are handled by a dedicated in-house team, allowing you to focus solely on project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full delivery of commercial fit-out and upgrade projects
  • Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-outs or refurbishments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, H&S, and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Full UK driving licence
