Job description

Our client is a boutique project management and consulting practice, specialising in the delivery of complex fit-out and relocation projects for blue‑chip clients. They are trusted to deliver high‑value, high‑impact schemes where attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, and risk management are critical to success. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role in delivering corporate office fit‑outs, workplace transformations, and specialist construction projects.

About the Role

This is a client‑facing role where you will oversee projects from feasibility to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of corporate fit‑out and specialist projects (typically £1m–£20m).
  • Managing stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership teams, landlords, and contractors.
  • Preparing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinating design, procurement, and construction phases with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Managing governance, reporting, and sign‑off processes to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Anticipating and mitigating project risks to maintain smooth delivery.
  • Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the growth of the consultancy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering CAT A / CAT B fit‑out or workplace transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of landlord‑tenant requirements, lease agreements, and commercial real‑estate considerations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, under tight deadlines.
  • Professional qualification (APM, RICS, Prince2) desirable.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and confident in driving delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
