Job Summary

Fantastic opportunity to manage a brand new team under the Southern Water Contract! This role would be based out of the southern region and will require you to work away from home, depending on the location of the project. As this is a project manager role, we will require you to be flexible regarding the hours. Hotels are provided by the company and transport is discussed.

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm

Location: Southern region

Holidays: 24 days plus bank holidays

Overtime: paid at 1.25x

Responsibilities
  • Take full accountability for all works within the catchment, ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and cost targets.
  • Lead and support frontline operational teams, including supervisors and operators to drive high performance and service levels.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure effective resource allocation, job prioritisation, and workforce coordination.
  • Continuously monitor operational performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Lanes Group and its customers.
  • Reporting to senior management daily.
  • Brief the project team daily regarding expectations and updates.
  • Work alongside the project team to complete works.
