Job summary

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust within North West London Pathology (NWLP) seeks experienced Project Managers to join the Portfolio Office. You will lead delivery across digital, operational and laboratory services within one of the UK's largest pathology networks, driving service improvement and innovation.

Joining a growing Portfolio Office, you will establish governance, chair meetings, manage day-to-day delivery, and ensure documentation and filing meet portfolio standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely delivery of projects occasionally complex and with multiple delivery streams, in accordance with the OPO methodologies.
• Undertake thorough stakeholder mapping to ensure all key stakeholders are identified quickly and effectively, building relationships to support engagement and involvement of key stakeholders within designated project terms of reference.
• Establish project governance and chair project meetings and/or working groups.
• Provide day-to-day management of the project, co-ordinating the activity of various workstreams and delivery teams against the agreed project plan.
• Ensure all project activities are in line with the project scope and delivery schedule.
• Develop and maintain the high quality project documentation during the project lifecycle, from project initiation to project closure.
• Ensure documentation version control and filling to the associated project folder.
• Maintain the project folder to the agreed portfolio office standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Portfolio Office and lead the delivery of complex projects across digital, operational and laboratory services.
