• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Director and senior management.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a £20M steel frame industrial unit currently in the early groundworks stage in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking construction company delivering a major project from the ground up.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of this high‑value industrial development through all stages of construction. You’ll be responsible for managing programme, quality, safety and cost performance while ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

You will report directly to the Director and work closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to maintain high standards of performance and communication throughout the build.
